i'm sure you're right karrie, but yes, we all do it, and it really doesn't change anything concerning my situation because the other driver also was against the rules by surging ahead thru a light that was about to turn red.
If we all did what we are suppose to do, there would be more annoyance from driver
behind, who on many occasions can also get around the corner if he/she has a bit of a start. Sitting
back out of the intersection slows things down, we all have become very 'savvy' behind the wheel, and
can maneuver throughout the city more professionally, and we have found ways to make things move
more flowingly and efficiently when we all are on the same page, but unfortunately there are too
many pages for some, and many have a different book alltogether than the rest of us.
But the law also says, that when one is left in the middle of an intersection after
light changes, he/she has the right of way.
To hell with the law lol lol lol
