This is just too much. Can these kind of things be going on elsewhere? If they are...there is a big problem.
I think this ranks as one of the funniest things that I have ever read. Makes you wonder who was in control on this outstanding bill.
He was either jerking her around as she was being so polite and figured that he had her or she thought if I remain calm and nonthreatening, the bill will get paid.
This deserves `FIVE STARS`.

Too bad Hydro hadn't e-mailed me their response to my extracting my mortgage payment from a hydro bill and calling it my "debt retirement fee". Too bad batteries don't work as well as a wired connection or I'd have played them a bit longer too....
