How much does a Canadian Brigadier General and Colonel make?

I've been thinking about joining the Canadian Forces for a career when I come of age, and I have pretty good grades, probably good enough to get into a Military College and maybe become an Officer. I was just wondering, how much does a Canadian Brigadier General and a Colonel make per year for sallaries if they are infantry?

My understanding is that it isn't the salaries that make military service a good career option but the pensions.

It seems like a pretty risky choice though considering the state of the world right now.

Yeah, definately, but just for curiosity sake I was wondering if a Brigadier would make like $300,000 a year or something.
