I hate rogers

Whys is it that Canadian cellphone carriers are such a pain in the neck? I mean I cant seem to find a decent plan. And I hate the fact that I have to call customer care two billion times before I get my account straightened out.

I use Rogers for everything..and I probably have more hate for them than you. This summer, my contract is up and I can't wait to change TV,Phone, cell and internet.
