Re: Anti-kosher view = Antisemitic?Jan 8th, 2008
You know my opinion, and my criticism of you tolerance, but this response you have allied with religion, and I'd rather you had not. Again, why do i feel like I'm giving you a rough time while I'm agreeing with you.
He's never said anything other than he doesn't want to pay their rabbis' wages, and doesn't feel Canadian consumers should be obliged to via limited choice. I still, despite all of people's extrapolations of his intent, fail to see where that is 'proof' that he is against the Jews.
I'm not allying with religion here Jim.... I am religious yes. But if I were viewing this problem strictly from my religious standpoint, trust me, you would not see 'tolerance'. I think the constant griping and criticisms of the assorted world religions gets old REALLY fast. I'd have had krakra out on his ear for being the umpteenth person this week to bitch about religion in one way shape or form. Perhaps the issue here is that I've put on my agnostic boots and don't really see it as much different from any other complaint over any other consumer cost issue.
