I got a job!

I got the offer today. I'm to become a chemistry instructor in newfoundland. It's a permanant faculty position. I couldn't have dreamed for anything better.

I'm over the moon.

It does mean moving to the other end of Canada by monday week, though :0)

Ive spent a lot of time in NL. It's been a major life-goal to get a chance to live there. I'm rather surprised it happened during my lifetime.

I think the scenery in Newfoundland is beautiful and the people are so friendly. You get a lot of snow in the winter but in the summer, you have so many inlets and coastal areas where you can take a picnic lunch and just have fun exploring.
