Well...I got a plesant surprise yesterday when I got home. We had a package of information from the Ladysmith Chamber of Commerce, for those of you that don't know we are looking at buying a house there. Hadn't asked for the info but they had sent the stuff out with a 'Welcome to the community' pack. I thought that was really nice...a community that cares about it's residents!!
