Former teaching assistant sent sex tape to student: court

A former teacher’s assistant who sent photos of her breasts, ****** and a video of her masturbating to a 15-year-old boy has been sentenced to six months in jail.
Nicole Green, 23, of Oswego, N.Y., was also handed 10 years of probation and must register as a sex offender. She pleaded guilty to one count of first-degree disseminating indecent material, according to Auburn Citizen.
Green was ratted out by colleagues with the Red Creek Central School District who claimed she was having "inappropriate contact" with the student.
School superintendent David Sholes contacted cops on April 6 claiming that Green was exchanging sexts with the student over several days.
Cops also discovered she was allegedly having sexual contact with the boy.
The teacher admitted texting the student a photo of her naked breast but the prosecution claimed it went much further to include photos of her ******, according to the paper.
Topping things off was a sex tape of Green masturbating.
“When the student was questioned, he admitted it had gone further than just flirtations,” prosecutor Jon Budelmann said in court, the Auburn Citizen reported.
Green is also facing charges of statutory rape in Wayne County for allegedly having sex with the teen.
