I want to know how women plan on using a urinal.

Straddle?

Back in... "beep beep beep"?

Use a stool?

Astronaut funnel?

Wear rubber boots?

Any ideas?

Those women might wanna think about donning a hazmat suit along with the rubber boots when entering the men's john. It can get pretty gross, pretty fast.

..... Hell, this alone may put an end to the issue all together

They are indeed.

Most women assume that they are more hygienic than men and that men's toilets are filthier and more unhygienic than women's.

But a recent study found that men beat women when it comes to general bathroom cleanliness.

77% of males clean the toilet seat before sitting, compared to just 59% of women.

And, despite women often complaining that men don't put the toilet seat down afterwards, the study found that more men than women put the toilet seat down.

And if any bloke went into a women's toilets he'd likely see the toilets covered in blood and piss and used tampons lying around
