With the 'funnel' being part of the design I'm going to go with hho generation with overunity only achieved after you are running at 26%. Re-recombineing of said gasses. Perhaps this time the O2 added is enough that you are burning hoho gas and the turbines don't crystallize in the hydrogen rich flame. The good news is it is easy to spot when it reaches failing point.
