Bottled water is freely available in Cuba according to me friends who go each year. Food; not so much.

Last time I was in Cuba, bottled water was a buck a bottle, and beer was $0.85
so not so tough a choice. Just say'n.
Yah, I know. Didn't say it was free, just freely available. You can't afford a buck, you shouldn't be flying, .............Was thinking maybe the all inclusive might kick in. Guess not.

I don't see what the big deal is. I been stuck in ****hole camps for longer than that waiting for a plane.
Much of the food in Cuba isn't great (lot'sa cabbage & fish) but it's
a far cry from K Rations. Once back at the hotels...lots of food and
