An anonymous adult male fan of the show My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic was until recently working a regular job to support his family and posted a blurb on Reddit.com to alert other like-minded adult fans of the show, called "bronies" (bro-ponies), that he was fired after admitting to his co-workers that he was a fan of the series. His employer told him that his interest in the show made others "uncomfortable", but the legality of the firing may be called in to question. Ironically, he told his story using very adult language which has been edited for this post. Here is his story, in his own words:
