I put him in the same line-up as Jacob G. Hornberger, Jason Ditz or Paul Craig Roberts.....

Or like Jane Fonda. Or Barbra Streisand. Or Kim Philby. Or the Rosenbergs. Or Sean Penn.

Or, for that matter, Jimmy Jr.

DaSleeper, where have you been??

Home invasions are terrorism. There have been two terror atacks recently in the province where they made off with bottles of booze and tobbacco.

that is inflamatory and misinterpeting the quotes. Don't think anyone has "terrorist" friends. Not sure one would even recognize one if one tripped over one.

If you and the world thinks we are terrorist free........then you live in a delusional fantasy. And if you think that terrorism exists out of a vacuum , that is another delusion as terrorism is fostered , nurtured until it explodes into horrific action. And yes, we of the wonderful "west" have done more than our collective share in fostering rage around the world ......a rage that evolves into a cause with evolves into a terror act.......where folks have nothing to lose.

Folks did not wake up one morning and say they are going to make life miserable for the US and make horrific statements via terror acts. It has been building for some time.

Terrorism is as old as time. The difference in this era is that it has become a political tool that politicians use and abuse to their own political agendas. There are wars going on that have nothing to do with terrorism as such...... but terrorism played a big role in convincing the sheeple to go along with the invasions........now into a decade with tens of thousands slaughtered.

Of course.....NOW.....that the US is firmly ensconsed in both Afghanistan and Iraq ( with more areas being gathered at a frightful rate)..... of course some are able to discuss the real motives for the invasions. The truth is no where near the crap the politicians spun with such "conviction".

what is tragic is that politicians do NOT listen to their own people. People objected to Iraq.(Americans included) World wide...... but that did not affect anything. So the upshot is that these invasions will have contributed to even more rage at the "west". The so called terrorists that will extract their revenge.........have all the time in the world. and nothing to lose. Meanwhile........ the war reaction to terrorism is bleeding the US finances dry. What happens when there is simply no more funds for aggressive intervention / interference??? Does that not leave the US in an extremely vulnerable position?? ( as it is being shown to be in now ... with the financial crisis that they can't seem to discuss in a civil manner let alone collectively come up with a solution.

They are in over their heads .........big time. So there is a lot more to the "terrorist " issue than just the fear factor and the violence..

IMHO........ we need to take a long hard look at ourselves and examine our own conduct now.....

How did they miss the pot that was right in front of them ????

Northern Ontario,
Paul Craig Roberts and Jason Ditz are conservative while Jacob G. Hornberger is libertarian.

What they brand themselves as doesn't mean a bloody thing....

Eg: you brand yourself as No Political Affiliation....but everything you write is "(L)iberal:roll:
