Surgery performed in California has resulted in the death of a woman from Calgary. Given that she also had high blood pressure and was on Blood thinners I am surprised that she found a Doctor willing to do operate at all. DH can not find anyone to do even a Carpal Tunnel surgery, even though this is minor and has been done thousands of times-millions probably.
