They belonged to a French businessman named Roger Baillon. He amassed a fantastic car collection through the Fifties and Sixties, but then he started to go bust and only managed to sell a few while he couldn't maintain the rest anymore.
It has to be noted that many of these cars are extremely rare and are worth quite a lot of money even in this state. The Ferrari (left car in the first picture), which is in decent condition, could be worth as much as $12 million. The Maserati on the left is a coach-built model (made by Frua of Turin) and I don't think there are more than 2 or 3 left in the world, if that.
