You are right Crash. It is very tough looking at all the pics but I willing and able to help immigration Canada for this holy cause.

Too bad prostitutition is illegal in Canada, I would like to see what solution immagration Canada would come up with to make sure applicants were on the level

Actually it has to do with women, mostly from Eastern Europe, being bilked into coming here then being forced to be strippers by the guys who filled out the paperwork for them.

The hope is that if they are required to have naked pictures taken they will realise that the word "dancer" has some slightly different connotations here.

Stripping isn't a bad profession for the right women. I know a couple of women who have done it (both lesbians, actually...not sure if that makes a difference) and the money was good. They saved the cash and went to school. They got to travel around the country.

Both are happy with their choice. One says it was a good way to make the money she needed, the other says that was actually empowering. They both are careful to point out that it is a poor choice for many of the women who do it though.

They were both out of it before lap dancing became common in Canada too...neither is happy about that development.
