Thats the whole problem with our system, that we the public have no control over elections and the timing of them... I thought we were called a democracy?? Isn't that suppose to be the peoples choice??
The public install a government and then when the other parties don't like it they force an election. We installed the gov. we asked for a minority to keep reins on them, not to call new elections over and over.
The idea is for the other parties to force the gov. to water down their bills to conform with the other opinions in the house...not to stop everything!!
