N.J. realtors used unsold home for sexual trysts, suit alleges

A New Jersey realtor is being sued by clients because instead of selling a home, they say he priced it well above market value and used it as a place to meet up with another agent to have sex.
The sellers, the Weiners, were none too pleased to learn about the alleged trysts, which the suit says were caught on security cameras, NorthJersey.com reported.
Richard and Sandra Weiner allege realtor Robert Lindsay was hired to sell their home in Wayne, N.J., in December 2011, but instead, he and fellow realtor Jeannemarie Phelan used the home "as their play pad to have sexual relations."
The suit alleges Lindsay "intentionally listed the house above market value to avoid realtor traffic in the home."
On Dec. 27, 2011, security cameras allegedly recorded Lindsay entering the home in the early afternoon, followed by Phelan. The suit alleges they kissed in the kitchen before going to the master bedroom where the two had sex on the Weiners' bed.
Over the next month, Lindsay and Phelan met at the home 10 times, the suit says.
The last time, on Jan. 23, 2012, Sandra Weiner happened to be checking the cameras when she saw strange people in the house and called police. Lindsay told officers he was there to prepare for an open house.
Lindsay and Phelan worked for Coldwell Banker at the time. The agency, which is also listed in the suit, has "ceased (its) affiliation with the agents," a spokesman said.
