Opera to give away browser

Nope, I've never tried Opera... so I thought I'd give it a try.

After I downloaded the file, and went to install it, I was greeted with a license agreement I had to agree to. It was going well until I came across the part that told me I could only use Opera for "this or that" and NOT for all these other reasons.

Oops.... sorry. That's not for me. Opera may be free of charge, but it ain't yet FREE.

No matter. I'm perfectly happy sticking with Konqueror and Firefox.

Thanks for heads up, though, No1.

I do like Opera, myself. It's a fast and stable browser and while I don't mind paying for it, I'm happy to see that they are giving it away (and hopefully withOUT advertising)

I love Opera. Seems like I've been using it forever. It's the fastest, most reliable, and has the most useful extras. Although, I've thought it's always been free. I mean, there's always been a free version and a pay version. the only real difference is that in the free version there's an ad intergrated into the top toolbar.
