xbox live DNS settings

hi

i'm having a few problems setting up my xbox live. i get as far as checking my DNS settings but no further. It says "verify your DNS settings match the settings by your ISP" How do i find that out?

i'm trying to connect via ICS and using bt broadband.

any help would be much appretiated
