how to get webcam work remotely with a router

without having a near computer, just a router commicating with a remote computer using a dedicated line, how can i get webcam work, considering webcam use usb port, and router do not.

Well it sounds like your only choice is to get a computer on your side of the router and plug the Webcam into that system.

I've never heard of a Webcam pluging into a Router - that sounds bizarre to me.

Not really my forte though I'm afraid.
