I am having problems with LauchCast Plus. When I go to the LauchCast Plus page and try to change the quality to high (in the popup window) the main browser window returns the the same LauchCast Plus page; the popup dialog will ask me if I would like to learn more about LauchCast Plus. This seems to be an never ending loop. I can't seen to access any premium services pages as well. What can I do? I'm using Internet Explorer to access these pages and in addition have tried with the Rogers Yahoo browser.

From the help pages it seems that this service is included with my service....

'...Is there an additional fee associated with LAUNCHcast Plus?

No, the LAUNCHcast Plus service is included free of charge with your Rogers Internet Service. In order to access these premium features you will need to log in using your Rogers username and password...'

Any help would be appreciated.

Same problem here. I had been using it successfully until recently but now when I log on using my Rogers email and password like before I no longer have access to the LAUNCHcast Plus features. I am also a Hi-Speed Extreme subscriber. I sent an email to Rogers technical support and their response (log in from the address music.yahoo.ca) did not help. Any ideas?
