Webcam on MSN won't work... (Webcam Wont Work On Msn)

How do I open or forward a port so that a webcam is able to work on MSN? My friend is using a modem. I've followed the instructions here -- but I'm stuck now. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
