wanna program show im online

i m using dsl for connecting to internet and my os is win98 and winme
so i wanna know if im online or not becuz something the connection drope down
i wanna something show me im online like the green status icon for the dial up the located in system try

Sometime ago, I used DU Meter. I liked it because it was a very small program, and yet did the trick.
