Hey Calm,
I have a fairly eclectic collection of music on CD but have not yet converted anything to digital. There are a ton of MP3 rippers out there ... any suggestion on which one is best? What do you use? If you advise me on this, I think I may have a few songs not in your impressive collection.

I'm sorry, I just noticed this thread today.

Okay .... your signed into my msn .... anytime you wanna trade tunes, it would be okay with me.

And, if I remember correctly, I gave you a "good" copy of the MusicMatch program. It has everything.
I don't use it to "work" with music .... just to "play" music.
But, it has all the capabilities.
I tend to use a program which is specifically developed or available for specific tasks. (i.e. a rip program to rip, a play program to play, a convert program to convert.)

So, I guess I'm familiar with it now.

The way I would or thought about trading was a bit different.

I have my own forums and where people can post attachments. Thus, you could just post an mp3 as an attachment.
In my case, I would just post a link as opposed to an attachment.
