It's quite good and very inexpensive, if you Froogle for a discount. I got mine for 27 bucks from this place here

I wrote a 5-line back-up script of my own that works very well in saving all of our home network's important files. Completely customizable and FREE!
I can even specify what time of day or day of week in which to run the back-ups with one command. I don't have to think twice about it again.
