(I am however a customer)

Since I am responsible for the Internet Services (mail,web,news,dhcp, etc) I will mention those services first.
Mail service is rock solid and has pretty good spam and some virus filtering capabilities. News completion is still the problem child for us. News service is fast, just not complete. Still working on that.
All other services are fantastic, although we still need to expand our product offerings on the services side.

Internet connectivity and speeds have been great for me so far, and no I do not have any special treatment of my connection; I have what everyone else has.

My experience as a user with the product has been very good so far.
I have not had to call support for anything and my installation experience was fine.

Overall I think we have a great product. Always room for improvement though otherwise you become complacent

Dialup almost beats rogers..

No Shmad, it's not that bad. It still kicks dialup, but its getting slower gradually. I sort of miss @home, their speeds were alright then.
