there's a new scam targetted towards ebay paypal users. The scam is basically an html email sent to users that is cleverly disguised. The sender of the email will be info@paypal.com and the body of the email is professional and looks legit.
However, the html email has a form where you submit your personal info for the purpose of helping paypal with maintenance for your account.
If you read the source code of the html email, you'll notice that the form is submitted not to a paypal server but to some server in russia or turkey (I forget which).
