Chinese immigrants are congregating in cities like Vancouver and Toronto. And why would anyone find the photo offensive when there were 2 boatloads of people dumped off BC coast. Not something pulled out of the hat.
As for shanghaimm's chinglish .. keep the racist joke to yourself.
And Peapod, I have lived in Europe, USA, Australia and Canada.
