You can't know that.
A company that operates at least 13 wind-energy facilities across three states is suing in federal court to block the US government from releasing information to the Associated Press about how many birds are found dead at its facilities.
Meanwhile in Saskatchewan, the grisly toll continues to rise.
The wildlife death toll has now risen to 58 birds, fish, and other species.

In the bush near Sudbury
I wonder with what sort of shock and awe do they count roadkill?

I just think the windmills should be in the city where the scenery is already ruined and some greedy bastard won't get the idea to squeeze a delivery charge out of the wires....

Hey bub, Wynne wants me to pay for wires to get ON subsidized wind power from SK to ON.

Those whirlygigs are running the northeastern SK oil fields. Nice and green like.

Nothing about the 14,000 derelict machines that are more expensive to repair than the power they supply. Put them underwater where the currents flow 24/7 and the blades don't have to spin so fast that the tips are invisible to birds. That could be solved by putting some trailing ribbons on the tips so they become visible again.
