It doesn't really matter if homosexual is a sin or not. You already stated we all make sins so what is the point of this.

That you may have simply crawled out from under a bridge (troll, in case you missed the reference) and don't really want to discuss this. If you have any valid opinion on it, state it. If you're just trying to stir the pot, I'll play then too. Either way, I'm listening.

Cough, cough and another cough. Researcher who researches nothing you need a hobby may I suggest lego?

I have a valid opinion, why do children as young as five say they know they are gay but are not sure what that means? I believe that one is born gay, I was born with green eyes and red hair and I'm okay, some don't think so, but normal. Why do the Holy Rollers think that someone would take the hardest road in life to travel would choose it? Sorry, but I'm way cool with Gays being Gay because no will "ever" convince me that it's a choice bravo to those whom travel this path with honor. Yes Cosmo I mean you and Five.

I believe that homosexuality is definitely a sin but we have to remember that we are all sinners. We need to show love for these people and we also need to share our beliefs with them. Tell them why we think it's wrong instead of just turning our backs on them. They need to see Jesus Christ through us. Love one another.

Speak soon X

Then COSMO, you redirected him or her to some obscure SSM law debate. That has nothing to do with THIS thread. You know the statement by which we are to create the guidelines for this discussion. Then I used satire to bring my point, which you had missed, that a christian should not feel the need to go around "SAVING" the homosexuals. I find the gay and lesbian(which you state you are) are very much aware of how their lifestyles are frowned upon and that gays and lesbians(which you state you are) are quite capable of taking care of there own religious needs. Then I repeated a couple of nasty lines I had heard from a bible banging idiot on the fear of them approaching and being hit on while trying to "Spread the Word of christ".
I don't have a transcript of the speech or else I would have sighted the case file. In case you have forgotten the christian faith had demonized the homosexual, now that it has come to the public eye they feel the sudden need to HELP. Now here is one directed to you, the gay and lesbians(which you state you are) are so defensive, due to being slandered and attacked, they jump down the throats of people before
they take the time to really see what was being said. As far as you being lesbian, that actually is of no or little matter to me. I love you people you have made my co-ed softball league more challanging! Now that is sarcasm in case you had missed it. Stay on topic, because you come off as self rightous as the church, and I would want to group you with such a backwards a*% thinking crowd. Thank you for your time, enjoy your life free of prejudice.

What a waste of argument for a reasonably "civilized" society - this separation of sexuality in people

There are varying degrees of sexuality within all of us - and apparently the majority rules because nature has provided that special something to the ones who choose to procreate and raise the young by the most convenience means possible - the male and female prototypes of homo sapiens.

This by no means makes heterosexuality "better", it means it is favored by nature. Homosexual people have all the equipment to procreate - it is a different method of choice for them. Many still manage to make it. Nature thinks
of all things to accommodate the survival of our species.

When it comes to finite selection for mocking by the majority, we either pick skin color - for which nobody is responsible; sexuality - which is finally emerging from the darkness; mental status - they used to lock up the mentally ill to rot; the elderly - who are a discomfort and useless burden to society; those whose language skills are not up to the general population; even genius types who lacked what we politely call social skills; and a myriad of other "differences". No we do not honor "difference" - it is to be abhorred and shunned in our medieval minds.

We the arrogant class of whatever society in which we live... in our secret need to feel better and more important.... have not moved up the evolutionary scale for all of our discoveries and comforts. We
still have primitive brains ruled by fear of "difference" and "the unknown".

We have not come a long way baby at all. We only dress the part and talk it up.

Huh? You revived the topic after more than a year so I figured you wanted to discuss it, gawds know why.

Perhaps I did leap on ya. If you do want a serious debate, my apologies. Let's talk.
