U.S. storm to deliver snow to Ontario, Quebec

Hard to believe, now that global warming seems to have embedded itself in the modern imagination, that we can have such a blighted spring. We've had snow most days this month here and grey skies almost throughout. It is dismal. A short intense winter seems intent on righting some wrong.
Most of the day in North Eastern Nova Scotia was beautiful and sunny and warm and the snow was melting and the trout were back in my brook, so it's spring I quess.
I'm saving the trout for the ponds I hope to build this year. I don't eat many of them yet, but right out of the brook and into the pan they are delightful.
When I first started small stream fishing in the 70's the limit here was 15. Now, if I have it right, it's 5. Big change. Most taken are around 8 inches long and they are wonderful in the pan. I haven't been up the bushiest areas for ten years. Helluva lot of fun. Maybe I should return this year.
