I was wondering if it was the CIA or Mossad since the civil war is long over and done with and the government has been very friendly towards orthodox Islam. Why would Islamists be trying to fire up the government when it has been so friendly towards Islamists? In fact it has been exceedingly bending over backwards to appease them.
