I have a friend who is trying to bury mud over here. Every year when the snow melts it makes a muddy mess o his driveway. Every year he gets a couple gravel truck loads of mixed gravel to solidify the mud with. The gravel just keeps sinking.
I doubt their troubles will disappear just cuz they won't be able to see the pits, but that's up to them.
