Yes this guy got his sentenced overturned by the most liberal Appeals Court in the entire U.S.

I guess the 9th Circuit court of Appeals didn't think he was going to kill enough people at LAX to warrant 22 years in the mean 'ole" nasty federal prison system....Too bad they can't just execute and be done with it.
