Harper open to funding pro sports arenas

Will the new NHL franchise the arena houses be called the Quebec Conservateurs?
Will billionaire owners from across the league be bellying up for their share?
Will taxpayers be given a charitable receipt when purchasing tickets?
Will Bettman be appointed an Ottawa Senator?

Yup! Just what we need, more sports. Not everyone is a jock, especially in our youth. Kids need places to hang out in, activities to challenge their creativity. Professional sports to me is just gladiator sports, except for the really boring ones like baseball and tennis. Sports stars make millions. Let them build their own arenas. I say spend the money on the youth and education.
