They are any members whose names are green, are they not?

And, of course, those members can’t be expected to patrol each and every comment on each thread; the greatest resource that members have is the Report button.

Where is the moderator at CC to suspend idiots who and add moronic comments and pictures? Does this board have one?

did you report the posts? Not that it would do much since one of the "morons" you're talking about is a mod himself...lol

Being an idiot doesn't get you suspended, neither does adding moronic comments and pictures. Stupidity and ignorance aren't banning offenses. Threats, personal abuse, spam, porn, those'll get you suspended. Just being dumb won't. Lighten up, half the people in the world are by definition below average, and there are relatively few of them here.

I think under a new law,the moderators are allowed to come into your house and confiscate your computer if you criticize the Olympics.

But only if you use your printer for that perfect window sign.
The Olympics is simply the suspension of free speech every four years!

What exactly got your shorts in a knot this time?

Is your sense of personal ownership being offended because posters aren't following your script in threads that you've started?

Most forums i participate in have a list of moderators listed at the bottom of the page,on this forum you have to be here a while before you know who they are. the only one i've found so far is the very helpful Ron in Regina,

Quite so Dexter. People are free to post their comments, opinions etc. no matter how absurd or moronic. And I like Spade’s definition of an idiot (somebody who disagrees with you).

Anyway, I think the forums have improved considerably as of late. There used to be plenty of personal insults, personal attacks. There used to be threads devoted to nothing but personal insults. Lately it has diminished considerably. I think the moderators are doing their job well; they seemed to have cracked down on miscreants recently.

Personally I don’t have any problem with stupid comments, they are good for a laugh, and I rarely respond to them

Occassionally, calling someone a moron is simply a public service....a warning to the unaware, a venting of otherwise dangerous feelings of hostility, and, just perhaps, informative to the target, thus aiding them in self-examination and perhaps a program of self-improvement.

Moron.

I've hilighted the parts in red that I think Colpy was applying to that particular "moron".
