And they were saying??

Common quotes from Conservatives during honeymoon:
"Harper has a majority!"
" I think harper is now poised for a majority"
"I think the Quebec election is good for Harper"
" Harper is doing very well! Thank god"
 I knew I was right. You Conservatives do celebrate over useless honeymoon numbers.

Is this any different than it was six months ago? As long as they're leading that's all I care about. No more corrupt Liberals.

Doesn't really look to me like the polls have changed much. This one doesn't even report the error margin, but its normally around 3%. So that means it could be anywhere between 32-38%. The polls for the Conservatives have all been inside that range for some time now.

Aside from the polls, Harper hasn't become the overbearing beast that we were warned about. However in the minority situation that he's in, he's shown a great deal of political savy mixed with excellant politics. With that and the fact that Dion has been an incredibly tough sell for the liberals, a conservative majority is a deffinate possibility at this time.
