Thank you for posting that. I have been to Cuba and I've seen how the people love Fidel Castro. Che Guevara is a legend in Cuba and a lot of people walk around with tshirts with his picture on them. They still love their revolution and I don't think they will change very much when Castro dies.

OMG!!! Are you for real???

People don't usually risk life and limb crossing shark infested waters to be free of "Dear Leaders" for no particular reason eh!!!

I've been to Cuba too. I can remember give a bell hope ten bucks and nearly finding myself a stalker for a week.

There is a reason why Castro went to Spain to get well, Cuba's defunkt.

But this thread really isn't about Castro and Cuba, it's about the socialist indoctrination of Alexandre and Justin. And the reason Justin is not fit to ever get near the PMO.

I think there will be big change in Cuba but I don't think the people will accept the exact opposite they have now. Your source site seems to be that.

I think the States could take Cuba in an overnight mission. They probably would not need to kill anyone just fill their soldiers pocket full of $20 US bills.

I'll bet that was the Iraq plan as well. Send pallets of cash and everyone will be happy. Didn't work out that way.

Yes Canadian bear I am for real. I have been to many central america countries and I foiund tht cuba was one of the best. The people aren't straving todeath on the street. The reason why some people swim to florida is because they are very well educated and they want to make use of their education. They also have good medical care that the people of many central america countries don't have. I like Justin trudeau and I think he is just fine to be a M.P. in parliament and I don't think hw is a communist.

Maybe they should have tried that in the "Bay of Pigs" invasion...

I can't help feeling that if the U.S. had not been so bloody paranoid about "communists" and tried to help Castro and his revolution instead of siding with Batista and the bloody Mafia, both countries would be better off.

I think they went that way because they thought Batisa and the mob were controlable. They would at least be getting some tax revenue in that senario. Castro was just too strong of a leader.

I've been to many SA countries as well, I just didn't hang out in the resorts though. I've the seen the people up close and personal, day to day with the working class.

As in Cuba, where I saw the greatest and best it had to offer, while visiting most of the towns was verbotten, I did manage to get the jist of the issue from my personal Cuban shadow.

Not is all as it seems behind the facade of Fidels smoke and mirror show my friend.

It's an opressive regime, that's why they have prisons for political prisoners.

That's an excellent question. One for serious and deep thought.

No. Che was, Fidel just hung on tight as Che clawed his way up. Then Fidel sent him off to die.

BTW, I think this lil love story of Sasha's is tantamount to a verbal BJ. Sasha's homoerotic BS aside, you just gotta know that Justin isn't that far from this stance.

Canadian bear- When I was in cuba I travelled all over the country and saw everyting I wanted to see. I didn't have anybody following me at all and I went wherever I wanted to go. That was in 2005 so I know it's true and I have no reason tolie. The por are not as bad off as they are in some other central ameircan countrys. Fidel castro didn't send Che Guevara away to die. Che went away to continu his fight for the people of central america.

I thiink that's a very vicious thing to say. You dn't have any right to say things like that. Saying that makes you homophobic too.

Oh brother, 1) You expect me to believe you wandered around Cuba without any restrictions, now I know your lying. 2) I realize that the people are better off, but that doesn't negate the fact that it's run by a communist dictator that controls the country with an iron fist. Albeit, it has loosend up over the years, but it is hardly the socialist eutopia you would have us believe.

Ya I'm homophobic, whatever gets you a good nights sleep.

Perhaps you should brush up on your reading skills.

If you have the right to make up stuff and claim I'm a homophobe without any proof, I have the right to say what I want about a socialist hacks half baked kids and how they should never be allowed to run a one car kiddy car race, let alone a country.

Canadian bear- I don't care what yo think. I know that I could go anywhere I wanted in Cluba and I know that the people love Fidel Castro. They woudn't have education and health care without him. They were very poor befor the revolution because the americans treated the people the same way they treat other countries. Don't you know anything about Cuba at all.

And i haven't been wandering around in cuba and i don't like you to say thaqt about me. I don't want you to say anything about me.

Well we have something in common, because I don't care what you think either.

First you say you could go anywhere in Cuba, then you get mad at me for saying you wandered around Cuba. Oh brother!!!???

There is obviously a language barrier here, so I won't verbally thump you.

You obviously have a socialist agenda, that only compounds the language issue. Seeing as you totally missed or ignored LG's post on the issues of human rights in Cuba, you obviously have your own thoughts and no ammount of facts will change your mind, so beit.

Have a great day anyways.

btw, Justin Trudeau sux in any language.
