Dear Royal Canadians

Do you support the reunification of Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. For a time New Brunswick was a part of Nova Scotia and I am wondering if you think that the reunification of Nova Scotia and New Brunswick would be a good idea. I would love to see the reunification of Nova Scotia and New Brunswick and restore the original borders of Nova Scotia.

For history on the seperation of Nova Scotia and New Brunswick go to

The size of Nova Scotia
21.345 Sq Miles
The Size of New Brunswick
27.633 Sq Miles
The size of Old Nova Scotia
49.077 Sq Miles

So a reunified Nova Scotia would be a much bigger province in Canada and be alot more important and richer than it is now.

I would love to see the runification of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island. I think this should happen very soon. Time to restore the old bounderies of Nova Scotia.

No. I prefer smaller political units closer to the people. Smaller countries, smaller provinces, smaller cities, smaller communities, etc. More diversity of political and social configurations.

PEI already has an inordinate number of MPs for the size of the place. B.C. has one MP in an area the size of that whole province. Since all of Canada pays for MPs it is time they cut back. The rest of the Maritimes also have more MPs that they need considering the size of those provinces. Hell the four MPs in PEI can wave to each other from their ridings

General Wolfe I like Nova Scotia the way she is now. Besides the Cape Bretainors would take up arms and start a cival war, it would be ugly.

Yeahh , I am for it.

6 cents less on the gas compered to NB is one reason; our Gas regulation formula sucks.
Only one Govenor General instead of three, not to mention all the other Suckers reduced in numbers!

Provincialism is Canadas worst enemy, along with pretended Multikulti.

Have a good one

I cant imagine a province with both cape bretoners and acadians!

Seriously though, what benefit would this have other than wasting time and money?

I can, it's called Nova Scotia. They had a huge Acadian festival 3 years back in the Valley, celebrating the 400 year anniversary of the expulsion. In southwestern Nova Scotis there are many Acadians, you can thank them for being part of the best Lobster fishery anywhere. There are even Acadians in Cape Breton.

haha Damn you got to it before me....

Acaida was in NB, NS, PEI and in Maine.........Then Nova Scoita was named whent he British First took it over, NB PEI remained Acadia.....Most but not all Acadians we kicked out to The states.

But Nova Scotia has still a Proud and Large Acadian population, and as for Cape Bretoners, I dont think they dislike Acadians..........I dont think Any of us do. Hell they like us alot too.....Its the Quebec French we all usally dislike. Quebecers treat Acadians like inbreeds and yokals, and then they trea the English like...well the english. So Nova Scotia is very Anti-Quebec, but very Pro Acadia...and even mroe so Pro-Nova Scotia...which si why we would never agree with joing up with New Brunswick.... We are New Scotland, the Most Loyal of British Colenys.
