I think that inorder to assess whether Mr. Hurtig is whining and crying one must know what Mr. Celucci said to so inspire the "rant'.

That would require EagleSmack to actually read Mel's entire speech, to understand the context in which that speech was made, and to have at least a cursory knowledge of the actions and statements of his government and their representative in Canada, Twila.

He is incapable of any of those things.
