If China is in the money to build an island off Gaza then perhaps their experience in building a city out of a mountain would be a contract that should be looked as as overlooking the 'old city' might be easier that rebuilding a village that is in the middle of open farmland. (more moisture will expand the fields also so an increase in goods for the locals and new exports should attract the 'refugees' back and their records do follow them as far as getting government grants to start a new business back in the homeland.
One thing is for sure, the 20 to 23 years old men that were put into elementary schools in New Brunswick need their own school please. 2,700 teacher and parents have sent written complaints that these grown men are sexually harassing the 12 to 15 years girls, as well as terrorizing the boys, what the f%$#k is that all about.
Give them a grade 10 level when they walk in and that qualifies them for trade school where natural talent plays a role in which trades they are exposed to first as that is the one they would stay with if it gave them a steady income. If they lose a finger they will learn to read the safety stickers which come in English. MSD sheets are the 'lessons' covered rather than 'Mary had a little lamb, . . .'
Put those same men at an school that is out on some Rez and see how much the girls get harassed. The (foreign) boys might be the ones getting harassed as soon as school lets out. A castration with a rusty tin can lid would curtail their wandering ways and a few of those would modify the behavior of the whole group, of that I'm quite sure.
