Here is my question. I purchased a new car 2 weeks ago yesterday, Processing Fee $399.00, Documentation Fee $589.00, Sask Tire Fee $20.00. $1008.00 Hmmmmmmmm were do these charges come from? Do I have the right to go back to dealer and say, Refund that. Just curious, I'm not a lawyer, I don't know if I can.

I'd call up your local registration office and ask them.

Since the 'extra charges' were totally implemented by the dealers for themselves, and since the changes didn't come into effect until Feb 01, I would say you are at the mercy of the dealership to be generous and refund you those ludicrous fees.

Hopefully you didn't fall for the 0% financing scam as well...
