What? do you not understand the courts operate outside of the political parties?
Its not up to any party or government to say who is punished and who goes free.
Judiciary operates independently that is why in some cases government bills and
laws are struck down by the courts. Understand people are stupid they know how
the system works in most cases. This was a court decision not a political one.

Yes I do the judges are appointed by the government yes but understand
in BC the Liberal government is a conservative government in fact its the
old Socred Party and has been since they turfed Gordon Wilson years ago.
If you are blaming the BC Liberals they are the real face of the Conservatives
in BC and f they were Federal Appointments they would likely be Tory appointments
as well after being in power for a decade. There are provincial and federal
appointments and those are made on a rotating basis from Queens Council
which means in many cases the political identity is not there.
This is the reason we don't have courts like Mexico for example.
These are not political appointments mainstream. This is as true as everyone
has a mother. Of course when someone has a single eye for the subject
it is of course easy to label something whether the particular label fits or not.

You really believe that lawyers are not liberal in their thinking? How would they make so much money? I am not even surprised at your dismissal of facts.

He shouldn't have had to do any of that.

Maybe not, the fact is though, that one of the reasons he didn't get day pass last time was because of the letters and petitions. Unfortunately, they did no good this time. He stated when he was captured that when he got out he would be coming after Darcy, he considered her "unfinished business". Now they have given him his chance.

When their stupidity is shown it is a troll?

I see you still haven't commented on the OP any more than those you "called out". why is that? Is it because, in reality, you don't really give a crap about Shoenborn being in or out? That he threatened to kill his ex when he gets out.

I ask again, what did YOU do to try and keep him in?

Putting it out on a public forum is nothing? Obvious that i am not comfortable with the situation or i would not have posted it, that is what i did. You really think you are intelligent huh? You mad about being a bisexual liberal gerry?

I'm not sure why you would infer that I'm okay with such a decision.

Maybe you can explain that reasoning to me.

As in the Vince Li case (see my comments on him) these people and those who commit any murder should be at minimum locked for life despite the reason they have for committing such crimes, no exceptions.

I also strongly feel that any sexual abusers of children, should also be jailed for life..............

Upon reflection, those who commit a murder in self defence and dare I say revenge (yes, if any one had molested my kids when they were kids or any of my extended families kids or neighbours kids and I caught the person, I would kill them) so those 2 scenarios would be the exception to my 'jail for life' beliefs.......

No, it's not "obvious" you are not comfortable with it. The only thing that was "obvious" was the fact that you were using this situation to troll. Something I'm sure my wife's family, especially her cousin, would not be comfortable with.

Really, too bad for them..... I see. I'll be sure to let Darcie know how you really feel about her. You know who Darcie Clarke is, right? My wifes cousin?
