Pretty much the same here. The loudest 10% get 90% of the press and 10% of the vote. Its mostly english Canada that keeps bringing it up. Well, that and its media. From what Ive seen it isnt really discussed much or seriously in Quebec at all except by the radicals and the PQ - who got something like 32-33% of the vote last time. They happen to be the loudest part of Quebec's population but they dont have anywhere near the amount of support they'd need to seriously try to separate. I tend to ignore the separatist issue as much as possible simply because it never goes anywhere.
Where's the disinformation in what he published?
People are sick and tired of hearing the rumblings of the Separatists

Broadcasting what people 'already feel' is kinda the antithesis of propaganda, non?
Misdirection falls under the broader meanings of propaganda, I think. So while the world hangs on the brink of global war the artist Rex Morphy begs us to consider the crisis that aint. Next week he'll sak us to consider the implications of improper spring lawn care, any subject to avoid the current real meat and potato issues.
61% doesn't qualify as misdirection.
Curious though, where is the bait-and-switch here?
By that logic, anything that isn't breaking news can potentially qualify.
