I have seen the same crap on a number of northern reserves and even some near main cities for a great many years. Media refuse to deal with it as it would show their sad bias.
I am glad that we (our family) got the hell outta the indian business 70 years back. I have no respect for those of my family who still live on reserve with their hands out and whining.

Well Gerry, Levant has been totally against the laws regarding your type of speech and attitude for years. Any points there?
Could you tell us what you think was misleading about his rave instead of just being his enemy?

That would break with our 'Grand Traditions'... Skook....

the Hudson Bay lowlands have been a 'great Canadian Failure' in establishing mudflat communities on land that was traditionally occupied as summer hunting grounds, then abandoned in the winter.
We would be much better served by establishing a large Central Ontario Cree 'end of Road' community midway between Churchill and Moosenee, and let people fly in during the summer months to basic camps.

Do you think my parents and other family members, friends, etc, have done well because they were inclined to leave the reserve? Or because Canadians made it easy to fly in and out of the reserve?
That "great Canadian Failure" you refer to is matched by numerous other conditions on reserves across the country. Good land was not given and i don't blame Canadians or Americans for taking advantage of their positions. ANY native tribe would have done the same had the situation been reversed, it is ridiculous to say it would not.

I am just a Canadian regardless of my lineage.

this resemble blackstone the ATPN tv series

Pretty much. Any community without good road and /or sea connections is 'pretty much doomed'. Barging in to the James bay communities just doesn't work, and the costs of flying in are horrendous. Fort Albany, Kaskatchewan, and Attawapaskat are simply failed communities., best moved to the end of the roads.

Wow. I think this might be the first time I've agreed with Levant. In many cases the natives are screwed over by their own leaders than by actual government.

Whatever else Levant might be, in this case he is absolutely correct. Teresa Spence is a criminal that the federal government is ignoring. The amount money she and her friends are sucking out of the system is shameful. The government would likely have to send the army in to sort this mess out and Harper hasn't got the guts to touch it.

The Giovernment doesn't exactly have the most frugal people in it's employ either when it comes to allotting funds for housing and community projects on Rezes.

If Levant wasn't biased, he'd be blasting the Feds too. With his job on the line without any Fed help, he conveniently kept his festering gob shut. SUNk needs some Socialist help and fast.
