And, during the past election any reference made to the same site or any linking of the BC Liberals to the Conservative organizations have not been put up.
On water as a commodity:
When Harper opens the NAFTA agreement to include water as an export, water will become a commodity throughout Canada and, he most certainly will be doing that. He changed the control of bulk water exports over to the provinces in his last time to bat. I suspect the BC Liberals who helped author this program would like to say it is all the Federal fault.
On water metering:
Water metering is necessary for a commercialized, privately owned water service when operated as a commodity for sale.
Alberta, well advanced in this is working ways to meter farmers dug outs. The farmers have all been put on notice they do not own the water in their dug outs.
BC media is totally supportive of the BC Liberals and the BC Liberals are totally supportive of turning bulk water into a commercial enterprise.
