What should we do with these people? One idea is to hang them upside down by their testicles with red hot piano wire. Any other suggestions?

Waste of good piano wire. Everytime you get a phone call from someone looking for a donation or any other call that's intended to scam money from you, send the phone company a bill. You don't pay for anyone to use your phone service for solicitation or advertising, you pay your phone bill so you and those whom you choose can use this service....

I suppose you could just deduct it from your phone bill....then when the inevitable crunch comes...take your phone company to court for misrepresentation.

Perhaps they could be forced to watch an entire day of Bill O'Reilly programming, but that might be inhumane.
