Who needs a selfie stick when you have an elephant?
Christian LeBlanc of White Rock, B.C., captured the vacation photo of a lifetime when an elephant grabbed his GoPro camera with its trunk and framed the perfect picture.
LeBlanc, who was visiting Koh Phangan Island in Thailand with his girlfriend Lara Reid, was taking photos and feeding the elephant when the large animal suddenly snatched his camera.
"I ran out of bananas and the elephant grabbed my GoPro while the camera was set to 'timelapse'," LeBlanc wrote to Global News. "This allowed the camera continuous shooting and enabled it to take the 'elphie'! Couldn’t believe it when I saw how well the photo turned out."
LeBlanc, who has been touring Aisa for months with Reid, has been logging his adventures on Instagram and YouTube.
