A man went into a B.C. Tim Hortons with a cut on his finger, flicked blood on customers and tables, and RCMP are warning about health concerns.
RCMP in Vernon, B.C., are considering assault charges against the man, who may have mental health issues, the Vancouver Province reported.
Police want customers who were in the restaurant during the incident on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. to contact them.

Charges against the mentally ill? Seems a waste of time if they don't mean to force him to get help.

But think of all the social workers and just-us system employees that can get a paycheque or three out of this.

they still could, but in a clinical setting like at River View Hospital...which they closed presumably to save money. Seems that Peter may have saved some coins but Paul'still paying.
